Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
To initiate a return, please contact us at trixtees22@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
